Watch what you eat

Processed foods, dairy products, junk food and foods high in sugar may cause acne. Red spots can also be caused by an allergic reaction. Some of the most common food allergens include milk, eggs, peanuts, fish, soy, or wheat. If you suspect you might be allergic but are unable to identify which specific product is not tolerated by your body, consult a dietician as you might require to follow an elimination diet.
